STANDING/STILL is a multidisciplinary art series calling for he removal of the John C. Calhoun monument and all Confederate monuments to white supremacy, oppression and power.

Part 2 of this three part series, will be a series of performance art events held at the base of the John C. Calhoun monument in Marion Square. Artist Nakeisha Daniel, Javaron Conyers and Benny Starr will be reciting direct quotes from John C. Calhoun in the form of speech and song.
