Accommodation and Dining

Shown registration price for each workshop INCLUDES class tuition, a shared room (6 nights) and dining costs (17 meals). Participants are assigned a room upon check-in. Rooms are located in the North and South Lodges on campus. Each lodge has three floors with a limited amount of rooms on the ground floor. There is no elevator and the top floor is only accessible by stairs. If you need a ground floor room please specify upon registration. Rooms include either two single beds or one double bed and a single bed, an ensuite bathroom, a closet, a desk, bedside tables and lamps, and basic bedding. There are heaters in each room to be used during October retreat but no AC in the rooms for the summer. However all rooms have have a fan and windows to be opened wide for the fresh mountain air.

Due to a limited amount of rooms and an influx of interest, there is no longer a choice for a single room for the Summer Sessions. Participants must sign up for a shared room.

In a shared room, participants can request a roommate or sign up to be assigned one with registration. We STRONGLY encourage roommates as that allows more people to sign up and experience the magic of our retreat. So bring a friend to the retreat and room together!

As of right now for the Fall, here will be an additional fee of $300 for a private (single occupancy) room. This may change, so stay up to date on our website.

Participants can bring a travel companion if they would like. A travel companion would be someone who isn’t taking a workshop, but still wants to experience the magic of Wildacres. If a participants chooses to bring a travel companion, the travel companion MUST stay in the same room as the workshop participant. It will be $425 for the travel companion to come to the retreat, which includes room and board and a small administrative fee.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals are served daily. Please note that arrival day will only having dinner and check-out day only have breakfast. Meals are served family style at the tables with a salad bar in the middle of the dinning room. Upon registration please include any dietary restrictions so the kitchen can make changes as needed. There is a small refrigerator in the South Lodge where special foods, medication, and drinks can be held in.
