Teen Experimental Screen Printing Camp
Days: Monday-Friday June 10th - 14th, 2024

Have the best week of your summer exploring all things mixed media, street art, and screen printing with Redux Studio Artist, Taylor Faulkner! In this half day, teen camp, students will learn the basics of screen printing and then push the medium into a new realm with spray paint, and other mixed media materials.

During this art-filled week, campers will explore a wide range of drawing medias and techniques - pencils, colored pencils, markers, pastels, and more! They will explore drawing styles, and subject matter, and will learn new skills with lots of fun prompts and guidance from their instructor.

Jump right into the world of felt in this unquie summer camp! Campers will learn how to sculpt various pieces of artwork with wet wool and needle felting. They will have a blast creating animals, landscapes, vessels, and more!

Bring your paintbrush, snorkeling gear, and come dive into the underwater world of the ocean in this fun and fast pace 3-Day camp! Campers will explore sea creatures and different marine habitats through multiple art mediums. Campers will work with paint, drawing tools, paper, and different sculptural materials, to make ocean inspired artworks like sculptural jellyfish, papier mache starfish, and more! So jump in while the water is warm and come discover where the ocean and art overlap.

Redux is bringing the outside to you in this insect inspired art camp! Campers will use a ray of materials to create colorful and imaginative works of art based on your favorite 6-legged creatures. Projects will include an original crayon resist/watercolor of a bug's life, a clay ladybug, stained glass butterflies, painted bumblee rocks, and more!
