My artist statement is:
I have been a painter my entire life, and my true medium is color. I explore the relationships between color and form through a range of painting mediums and composition styles. Some approaches are representational, and others very graphic and abstract. I have discovered that my color obsession is my throughline, influencing all of my work, regardless of style. In color, I have found myself.
