Julia Burton  is a photographer, illustrator and mixed media artist with a passion for alternative photographic processes. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, Burton earned a B.F.A. in 2-D Studios at the University of Louisville in 2015 before she enrolled at SCAD. Her photographic work focuses on expressive representations of mental illness-related experiences.
