WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Come and learn or advance your skills in hand building, wheel throwing, glazing and firing with us, atop a beautiful mountain this summer in North Carolina,. Your team instructors, Annette and Seth, will inspire students to push their creative ideas and advance their skills in clay. In this fast paced and energetic workshop, students will create three to ten pieces from start to finish. Students will experience multiple firing techniques; Raku firing, sawdust firing and low fire glaze. All skill levels are welcome in this intensive and comprehensive class. We’ll work hard, create art and have a great time!

*** This workshop is a BLAST, but is more time intensive than other workshops so participants should expect to spend more time in the studio than the allowed time on the schedule. Participants are in the studio most of the day for the first four days because there is a strict time schedule to make sure pieces are formed, dried, glazed, and fired.

PRICE $1000 | Redux members $950

*above price includes workshop tuition + accommodation + meals

LAB FEE: $50 (must be paid to instructors at the start of the workshop)
