During “Taste of Bookmaking” we will experiment with 2 book forms. Students will learn how to create a sketchbook in a variety of sizes with a simple binding technique and we will create a moveable Mini Blossom Squash Book.

A fun way to spend an evening, also a great head start to our 4wk Bookmaking class starting the following week!

No experience necessary. All materials provided.

Optional materials to bring only if you already have them: a scrapbooking paper cutter, a self-healing cutting mat, decorated or solid art paper, ephemera to decorate your book (your own photos, stickers, washi tape, etc.).
