Sustainability Fest aims to reduce the environmental impact of art and fashion, promote cooperation and sharing in the community, prolong the life cycle of clothing, art supplies, and accessories, and bring awareness to environmentally-sustainable alternatives to overconsumption.
This is Redux’s second Sustainability Fest and the date is August 13th from noon to 4 pm. We’re teaming up with The Naked Lady Society, a local organization focused on promoting sustainable practices and uplifting the community, to host a free clothing swap, art supply swap, and accessory swap at our gallery. At this event, people are encouraged to bring in what they don’t want and leave with what they need. Alongside the swap, we will be hosting Charleston Climate Coalition, SC Housing Justice Network, and Charles’ House to speak about what their organizations do in the community.Atlyss Food Company will be providing food
There will be iced coffee available but we encourage you to bring your own mug!
