Join energy healer, Christian McClellan for a beautiful sound bath experience at Redux Contemporary Art Center. Lay down and relax for this meditative event that “bathes” you in beautiful sound waves using various crystal singing bowls surrounded by the beautiful art in their main gallery. The sound is ethereal, vibrating through the entire body, and is known to lower your blood pressure and heart rate to put you in a deep state of relaxation.
This group event includes a small guided meditation and optional essential oils and reiki.
