This month’s theme: Music, Literature, and Art!
STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, ART, and Math! The integration of these subject areas makes for optimal arts activities with academic connections and benefits!
This month, students will have a unique opportunity to create artwork inspired by original music from the Chamber Music Charleston, music inspired by the children’s book “The Hug.” Artwork created in these camps will contribute to a performance event in Spring 2018! More details to come!!
Each week children will work on projects that engage their creativity while aiding in their education. Children will have fun making and experimenting with hands-on STEAM related activities that use art!
