Christopher Morgan is Director of the City of Charleston’s Planning Division, and has worked with the City for over 15 years. He received a BA in Urban Studies from the College of Charleston, with a minor in Art History, and Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has served in Charleston on a number of local boards and committees on issues ranging from historic preservation to the environment. Christopher lives in downtown Charleston with his wife and twin daughters. His interests include the local visual arts scene, photography, and travel.
