An award-winning writer, editor, public relations consultant, and nonprofit program coordinator, Chase has extensive experience using the arts to develop creative and compelling content and programs. As Program and Tour Coordinator at the Gibbes Museum of Art, Chase works with the Director of Programs & Digital Engagement and the Associate Curator of Education to develop and support the museum’s education, events, and visitor enhancement initiatives.
Before relocating to Charleston, Chase lived in New York City and worked as Culture and Programs Associate at The Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), designing and overseeing events and programs that use instruments of art and culture to educate, activate, and enroll new audiences into CCR’s 50-year human rights legacy.
His writing portfolio includes contributions to top literary and culture publications including Bon Appetit, Vanity Fair, HUFFPOST, Artforum, The Guardian, and Guernica.
