Charlotte Fraser is a Lowcountry native, born and raised in Hilton Head who has been making art since childhood. After graduating from Clemson with her bachelors and Harvard with her masters, she spent many years as an art teacher, cultivating the skills and passions of her students from Arkansas, to DC, to Charleston. After making the tough decision to transition to making art full time, she now works on curating her own skill and passion in her work in her studio at Redux Contemporary Art Center in Charleston, SC. Charlotte is a representational artist, working in acrylic, watercolor, and charcoal. She loves creating commissions of people, pets, and places that are dear to her clients. During this exciting time in her early career, she has just begun painting new series, inspired by our beautiful natural environment that holds special meaning to her.
