Redux offers a range of classes and camps for young people that provide exciting contemporary visual art experiences. The classes and workshops currently offered are listed below. Our winter classes will be announced in early October.
Kid’s Drawing (Recommended for ages 7-13)
When: April 3 – April 24 / Tuesdays, 4:30 – 6:00pmInstructor: Kate Barnes
Cost: Member $100 / Non-Member $125
In this four-week class, students will be introduced to the basic concepts of drawing. They will experiment with contour lines, shading, and creating compositions. By the end of the four weeks, students will have created amazing drawings to take home!
Kids Printmaking (Recommended for ages 7-13)
When: May 9 - 30 / Wednesdays, 4:30 – 6:00pmInstructor: Kate Barnes
Cost: Member $160 / Non-Member $190
In this four-week class, students will learn the basics and explore a variety of printmaking techniques. Each week we will learn about a new printmaking process, including collagraphs, block prints stamps and pop art prints! Lots of prints, tons of mess and even more excitement! No experience necessary! All materials included!

Integral to the Redux mission is to educate our community about current practices in art through both an academic and hands on approach. Redux offers year-round art classes and workshops to the public for both kids and adults. Over 100 classes and workshops are available throughout the year covering a variety of topics both traditional and non-traditional. We have a class for everyone, whether you are a beginner or more advanced artist looking to broaden and enhance your talents.Our classes are affordable, fun, challenging and taught by talented local qualified instructors. Courses include painting, photography, drawing, printmaking, art history and much more. All courses are timed to fit the schedules of working people and are taught by working professional artists. Through our classes, workshops and studio space, we provide the guidance and resources you need to bring your creativity and passion to life.
