Jonathan Oakman is the Director of Business Services for the City of Charleston, SC.  He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Williams College and a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton University.  He has held positions in both federal and municipal government, and his career experience ranges from economic development to public finance to affordable housing development.  Jonathan lives in Charleston with his wife and 2 children, and his interests include investing, acoustic guitar, watercolor painting, and ultimate frisbee.
