In this camp, we will explore basic color theory and composition through the genre of Pop Art using popular sweets like candy, cake, and ice cream as our subject matter! Pulling inspiration from artists including Wayne Thiebaud (artwork pictured) and Andy Warhol, we will experiment with collage, and drawing materials like colored pencils, pastels, and markers to make our own pieces of Pop Art!

All materials included. Children should dress for arts and activity. Children are encouraged to bring a snack (not provided), and should bring a lunch if staying for PM session of camp as well.
